    Description

    This is a little cobalt blue vase in the shape of a top hat.  It has a great color transfer print of the State Capitol Building, Providence, Rhode Island.  It was Made in Germany and has a faint donut Made in Germany mark on the base.  It also has some faint old stable hairline marks on the base.  It is 2 & 1/2" tall.
