    Description

    For sale is a souvenir spoon for Providence, Rhode Island in the HANOVER pattern by Gorham, introduced in 1894.  The spoon is 5 7/8 inches long and weighs a hefty 39 grams. The bowl is engraved “Providence”. The spoon is monogrammed “C.E.S” on the handle front and is dated “1895” on the handle back.  The spoon is marked with the Gorham trademark, "STERLING" and “H”.
    Condition on the spoon is good.  There is just normal wear.  A good old souvenir spoon!
