Sri Lanka Handicrafts 1977 First day cover with Original Bulletin.  This first day cover is one of the remarkable and larger sized first day covers issued by the Sri Lanka Department of Posts to this day.
Therefore, these kinds of first day covers are very rare and hard to find in any of the Stamps sales or exhibitions.  Yet if found, these will be sold for very high prices, due to rarity of this cover.
