Vintage ‘50’s Baby Bootie Shoes Lt Blue Beaded Leather Moccasins W/Fur Trim

These came to us as a gift, a hand-me-down of sorts. They were a gift from a family friend but we never used them. They were almost too special to use!
Please see the photos of these precious moccasins. I don’t know the size but they are for a baby 0-6 months, I’m guessing.
Approximate measurements are 5.5” long and 2.5” wide. The box says “Mrs. Day’s Ideal baby shoe Danver’s Mass.” But, I’m not 100% convinced it is the original box. Just barely legible on the side of the box are some letters and numbers along with the word “white” so they might be in the only small box that our elderly dear friend who gave them to us 19 years ago when our daughter was born, had. It’s amazing that at her age she still had the shoes! She was a special lady.
They are made from leather I think, and have real rabbit fur around the ankles. I *think the fur is rabbit fur. Green and white beads are sewn onto the toe- part of the shoe in a tribal star-like design. I would consider then to be unisex.
The shoes came to us with double stick tape on the bottoms. Some of the tape adhesive may still be there. When we pulled the tape off some of the blue came off of the soles but that doesn’t diminish the usefulness or beauty of the moccasin. If you are a collector of baby moccasins perhaps it diminishes the value. I’m no expert.
